All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Services—including software code, user interfaces, logos, designs, and documentation—are and will remain the exclusive property of C Technologies and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or logos.
4. Subscription Fees, Billing, and Refunds
- Pricing: Certain Services are provided on a paid subscription basis. All fees are stated in your order form or online checkout.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
- Refund Policy: Except as required by local consumer law, all fees paid to C Technologies are non-refundable.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services or cancelling your subscription.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
